Crispy and delicious Air Fryer Churro Bites. A simple and fun dessert recipe.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Vegetable oil spray
- Cinnamon sugar for coating
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
- In a saucepan, combine water and butter. Bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Transfer the dough to a piping bag with a star tip.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Pipe the dough into bite-sized pieces into the air fryer basket.
- Spray the churro bites with vegetable oil spray.
- Air fry for 6-8 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- While still warm, toss the churro bites in cinnamon sugar.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of nutmeg to the dry ingredients.
- Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if needed.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce, like chocolate or caramel.
