Ingredients

- 6-8 chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, olive oil, ginger, and pepper.
- Place chicken thighs in a baking dish.
- Pour honey soy sauce mixture over the chicken.
- Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C), basting occasionally.
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust honey and soy sauce to your taste.
- You can add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a little heat.
- Serve with rice or your favorite sides.
