Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, olive oil, ginger, and pepper.
  3. Place chicken thighs in a baking dish.
  4. Pour honey soy sauce mixture over the chicken.
  5. Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C), basting occasionally.
  6. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
