Description
These baked cranberry brie bites are a simple and delicious holiday appetizer. With only 5 ingredients, they come together quickly for any festive gathering.

- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 4 ounces brie cheese, rind removed and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Unfold the puff pastry sheet and cut it into 12 equal squares.
- Press each puff pastry square into a mini muffin tin, forming a cup.
- Place one cube of brie cheese into each pastry cup.
- Spoon about 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce over the brie in each cup.
- Brush the edges of the puff pastry with the beaten egg wash.
- Sprinkle with fresh rosemary, if using.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the puff pastry is golden brown and puffed, and the brie is melted.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For a sweeter bite, use whole berry cranberry sauce.
- If you don’t have a mini muffin tin, you can cut the puff pastry into smaller squares and bake them on a baking sheet.
- These can be assembled ahead of time and baked just before serving.
