Ingredients

  • Gnocchi: 1 pound
  • Heavy Cream: 1 cup
  • Milk: 1/2 cup
  • Mozzarella Cheese: 2 cups, shredded
  • Parmesan Cheese: 1/2 cup, grated
  • Garlic: 2 cloves, minced
  • Butter: 2 tablespoons
  • Salt: To taste
  • Pepper: To taste
  • Italian Seasoning: 1 teaspoon


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook gnocchi according to package directions. Drain.
  3. Melt butter in a pan. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and milk. Simmer.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  6. Add the cooked gnocchi to the sauce.
  7. Pour half of the gnocchi mixture into a baking dish.
  8. Sprinkle with half of the mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
  9. Top with the remaining gnocchi mixture.
  10. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
  11. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  12. Let it cool slightly before serving.

  • You can add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms.
  • For a spicier dish, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
