- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 bell peppers (various colors), sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add ground beef and cook, breaking it up, until browned. Drain any excess grease.
- Add onion and bell peppers. Cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1 minute more.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- You can add other vegetables, like mushrooms or zucchini.
- Serve over rice or with a side salad.
