Description

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup milk or heavy cream

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Place cubed sweet potatoes in a large pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil and cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
