These Key Lime Pie Bars are the best! They’re a perfect balance of sweet and tart.
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup key lime juice
- 4 large egg yolks
- Zest of 2 key limes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Bake crust for 8 minutes.
- Whisk together sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, egg yolks, and zest.
- Pour filling over the baked crust.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the filling is set.
- Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
Notes
- For extra flavor, use fresh key lime juice.
- Garnish with whipped cream and lime slices.
- These bars are great make-ahead dessert.
