- 1 medium head of cabbage, shredded

- Optional: Red pepper flakes for heat
Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a skillet. Drain any excess fat.
- Add onion and cook until softened.
- Stir in garlic. Cook for 1 minute.
- Add shredded cabbage, salt, and pepper.
- Cook, stirring occasionally, until cabbage is tender.
- Add red pepper flakes if desired.
- Serve hot.
