Ingredients

- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Place butter in a 10-inch cast iron skillet and put in the oven to melt.
- Whisk together flour, milk, eggs, and salt.
- Pour batter into the hot skillet.
- Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown.
- Top with crumbled bacon.
