- 1 bag frozen tater tots
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked, crumbled bacon
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives or green onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a mini muffin tin.
- Press about 1 tablespoon of tater tots into the bottom and up the sides of each muffin cup to form a shell.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and slightly crispy.
- In a small bowl, mix together the shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, sour cream, and chives. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spoon the cheese and bacon mixture into the baked tater tot cups.
- Return the muffin tin to the oven and bake for another 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- You can add a dollop of sour cream on top before serving for extra creaminess.
- Feel free to add other seasonings like garlic powder or onion powder to the cheese mixture.
