- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 (30 ounce) package frozen hashbrowns, thawed
- 1 can (10.75 ounce) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, hashbrowns, soup, sour cream, milk, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, and 1 cup cheese.
- Pour mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Drizzle with melted butter.
- Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let stand for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can use leftover rotisserie chicken.
- For a spicier casserole, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
- Top with breadcrumbs for extra crunch.
