Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 (30 ounce) package frozen hashbrowns, thawed
  • 1 can (10.75 ounce) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken, hashbrowns, soup, sour cream, milk, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, and 1 cup cheese.
  3. Pour mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Drizzle with melted butter.
  5. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Let stand for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • You can use leftover rotisserie chicken.
