Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add onion and cook until softened.
  3. Stir in garlic, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder. Cook for 1 minute.
  4. Pour in beef broth and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add cream cheese and stir until melted.
  6. Stir in cheddar cheese until melted and bubbly.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
