- 1 pound elbow macaroni
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 4 cups milk
- 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Brown ground beef with onion. Drain any excess grease.
- Stir in taco seasoning and diced tomatoes. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a separate pot, heat milk.
- Add cheddar cheese and stir until melted. Season with salt and pepper.
- Combine cooked macaroni, meat mixture, and cheese sauce.
- Serve immediately.

- You can add other taco toppings like sour cream, salsa, or avocado.
- For a spicier dish, use a hot taco seasoning.
