Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound elbow macaroni
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 4 cups milk
  • 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Brown ground beef with onion. Drain any excess grease.
  3. Stir in taco seasoning and diced tomatoes. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. In a separate pot, heat milk.
  5. Add cheddar cheese and stir until melted. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Combine cooked macaroni, meat mixture, and cheese sauce.
  7. Serve immediately.
