A simple and delicious Chicken Alfredo Casserole made with no-boil pasta.
Ingredients

- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 1 (16 ounce) package no-boil pasta
- 1 (26 ounce) jar Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, uncooked pasta, Alfredo sauce, and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until pasta is tender and cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let stand for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can use rotisserie chicken to save time.
- Add vegetables like broccoli or spinach for extra nutrients.
- Adjust the amount of Alfredo sauce to your preference.
