Make delicious Chinese Beef and Broccoli at home. This one-pan recipe is easy and tastes better than takeout.

- 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced
- 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions
- Slice beef thinly.
- Cut broccoli into florets.
- Whisk together soy sauce, cornstarch, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, beef broth, brown sugar, and rice vinegar.
- Add beef and broccoli to a pan.
- Pour sauce over beef and broccoli.
- Cook until beef is browned and broccoli is tender.
- Serve over rice.
Notes
- Adjust sauce sweetness to your taste.
- Use flank steak if you prefer.
- Add red pepper flakes for heat.
