Instructions

  2. Pour caramel sauce into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. Pour evaporated milk over the caramel.
  4. Sprinkle chocolate cake mix evenly over the caramel and milk.
  5. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the cake mix.

  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown.
