- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9×13 inch pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Beat in eggs and vanilla.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Pour cheesecake mixture over crust.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Let cool completely before cutting.
Notes
- Chill bars for at least 2 hours before serving.
- For a richer flavor, use high-quality chocolate chips.
