Description

A simple, delicious, and decadent chocolate cream cheese dump cake with three layers. No mixer is needed!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 1 can (21 ounces) chocolate pie filling
  • 1 can (21 ounces) cherry pie filling
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread the chocolate pie filling in the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. Top with the cherry pie filling.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and melted butter until smooth.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the pie fillings.
  6. Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the cream cheese layer.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the cake is set.
  8. Let cool completely before serving.

Notes

  • You can add chocolate chips on top before baking.
