- 12 ounces good quality white chocolate, chopped
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1/2 cup crushed candy canes
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the dark chocolate gently using a double boiler or microwave in short intervals. Stir until smooth.
- Spread the melted dark chocolate evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Allow the dark chocolate to set partially.
- Melt the white chocolate similarly. Stir in the peppermint extract.
- Drizzle or spread the melted white chocolate over the dark chocolate layer.
- Immediately sprinkle the crushed candy canes evenly over the white chocolate.
- Let the bark set completely at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
- Once firm, break the bark into pieces.
