Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup cooked egg noodles
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup crushed potato chips (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, soup, noodles, peas, milk, and onion. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle crushed potato chips on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
Notes
- You can substitute other vegetables like carrots or green beans.
- Rotisserie chicken is a great time-saver.
- For a creamier casserole, add a dollop of sour cream.
