Ingredients

- Garlic: 2 cloves, minced
- Chicken broth: 1 cup
- Heavy cream: 1/2 cup
- Fresh parsley: for garnish
Instructions
- Season chicken with flour, salt, and pepper.
- Heat oil in a pan. Brown chicken.
- Remove chicken and add butter. Sauté onion and garlic.
- Pour in chicken broth and cream. Simmer.
- Return chicken to the pan. Cook until done.
- Garnish with parsley.
