  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cowboy Butter Recipe:
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. While pasta cooks, prepare cowboy butter by whisking all ingredients together.
  3. In a large skillet, cook chicken until browned and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add broccoli florets to the skillet and cook until tender-crisp.
