- 1 cup elbow macaroni

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
- Brown ground beef and sausage in a large pot. Drain any excess grease.
- Add onion and garlic. Cook until softened.
- Pour in beef broth, water, and crushed tomatoes. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Bring to a boil, then add macaroni. Cook until tender.
- Reduce heat and stir in cheddar cheese and milk until melted and smooth.
- Serve hot and garnish with your favorite cheeseburger toppings.
