Delicious and easy Crack Breakfast Sliders with bacon, egg, and cheese.
Ingredients

- 1 package Hawaiian rolls
- 12 slices bacon
- 6 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6 slices cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook bacon until crispy. Drain and crumble.
- Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Scramble in a pan.
- Slice Hawaiian rolls in half.
- Place bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Layer with scrambled eggs, bacon, and cheese.
- Top with roll tops.
- Mix melted butter and garlic powder. Brush over rolls.
- Bake for 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and rolls are golden.
Notes
- You can add sausage or other fillings.
- Feel free to use different types of cheese.
- Serve immediately.
