Description

Delicious and easy Crack Breakfast Sliders with bacon, egg, and cheese.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package Hawaiian rolls
  • 12 slices bacon
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook bacon until crispy. Drain and crumble.
  3. Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Scramble in a pan.
  4. Slice Hawaiian rolls in half.
  5. Place bottom halves in a baking dish.
  6. Layer with scrambled eggs, bacon, and cheese.
  7. Top with roll tops.
  8. Mix melted butter and garlic powder. Brush over rolls.
  9. Bake for 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and rolls are golden.
