Description

A delicious and easy casserole with chicken, bacon, ranch dressing, and cheese.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked pasta (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken, bacon, cream cheese, and ranch dressing.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Stir in cooked pasta if using.
  5. Spread mixture in a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  6. Top with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.

  • You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
