- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 triangles.
- In a small bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese and cranberry sauce until well combined.
- Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture onto the wider end of each crescent roll triangle.
- Roll up each triangle starting from the wide end, tucking in the sides as you roll.
- Place the rolled crescent bites seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the tops of the bites with the beaten egg wash.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley, if desired, before serving.
