- Crackers, for serving
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and goat cheese. Mix until well combined.
- Stir in 1/4 cup of the chopped pecans, dried cranberries, fresh parsley, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Place the cheese mixture on a piece of plastic wrap. Shape it into a ball.
- Roll the cheese ball in the remaining 1/4 cup of chopped pecans to coat evenly.
- Wrap the cheese ball tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Before serving, unwrap the cheese ball and place it on a serving platter. Serve with crackers.
