Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 lbs potatoes, cubed
  • 1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil


Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet. Drain excess grease.
  2. Add onion and garlic; cook until softened.
  3. Add potatoes and cook until slightly tender.
  4. Stir in cream of mushroom soup and milk.
  5. Simmer until potatoes are cooked through.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Top with cheese and cook until melted.
