Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Steam or blanch broccoli florets until tender-crisp.
  2. In a large bowl, combine broccoli, red onion, cranberries, and sunflower seeds.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and sugar.
  4. Pour dressing over salad and mix well.
