- 1 pound pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet.
- Sauté onion until softened. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add cooked chicken, heavy cream, and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.
- Stir in cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to combine.
- Garnish with fresh parsley.

- You can use rotisserie chicken for ease.
