Ingredients

- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook chicken until browned. Remove from skillet.
- Add onion and broccoli to the skillet; cook until tender.
- Stir in garlic. Cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add chicken back to the skillet.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.
- Simmer until sauce thickens.
- Season to taste and serve.
Notes
- You can substitute other vegetables like carrots or bell peppers.
- For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
- Serve over rice, pasta, or enjoy as is.
