Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Cook chicken until browned.
- Add onion and garlic; cook until softened.
- Stir in orzo and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until orzo is cooked.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
- Top with parsley. Serve hot.
