- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup uncooked white rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, uncooked rice, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and chopped onion.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the casserole is bubbly.
- Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
