A quick and delicious pasta dish featuring creamy chicken sausage, garlic, and Parmesan cheese.

- 1 pound pasta
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound chicken sausage, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, reserving about 1/2 cup of pasta water.
- While pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken sausage and cook until browned.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is creamy.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet. Toss to coat. If the sauce is too thick, add reserved pasta water a tablespoon at a time until desired consistency is reached.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use your favorite type of pasta.
- Adjust garlic and Parmesan to your preference.
- For a spicier dish, add red pepper flakes.
