Ingredients

  • Chicken breasts: 2 (about 8 oz each)
  • Fresh spinach: 5 oz
  • Heavy cream: 1/2 cup
  • Grated Parmesan cheese: 1/4 cup
  • Garlic: 2 cloves, minced
  • Olive oil: 1 tbsp
  • Salt and pepper: To taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
  4. Sear chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  6. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  7. Pour in heavy cream and stir.
  8. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
  10. Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

  • For a thicker sauce, simmer the cream for a few minutes.
