Ingredients
- Cooked chicken, shredded – 3 cups
- Stuffing mix – 6 cups
- Cream of chicken soup – 1 (10.75 ounce) can
- Milk – 1 cup
- Butter, melted – 1/2 cup
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, stuffing mix, cream of chicken soup, and milk.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Drizzle the melted butter over the top.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the topping is golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- You can use leftover rotisserie chicken to save time.
- Feel free to add other vegetables, such as peas or carrots.
- For a crispier topping, broil for the last few minutes of baking, watching closely to prevent burning.
