Ingredients

- 2 (15 ounce) cans corn, drained
- 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine corn, diced tomatoes and green chilies, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, green onions, chili powder, and garlic powder in a slow cooker.
- Stir until well combined and cream cheese is melted.
- Cook on low for 2-3 hours, or until heated through and bubbly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot with your favorite dippers.
Notes
- For a spicier dip, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
- You can substitute Monterey Jack cheese for cheddar cheese.
- This dip can also be made in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring frequently.
