Ingredients

  • 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Combine corn, diced tomatoes and green chilies, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, green onions, chili powder, and garlic powder in a slow cooker.
  2. Stir until well combined and cream cheese is melted.
  3. Cook on low for 2-3 hours, or until heated through and bubbly.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
