- 1 pound elbow macaroni
- 4 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup butter
Instructions
- Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain.
- In a greased crockpot, combine milk, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Stir in cheeses and butter until melted and smooth.
- Add drained macaroni and stir to coat.
- Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, or until heated through and creamy. Stir occasionally.
Notes
- For a thicker sauce, use less milk.
- Add cooked bacon or ham for extra flavor.
- Serve immediately.
