Description

A classic creamy macaroni salad with the flavors of deviled eggs.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound elbow macaroni
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. Hard boil eggs. Peel and chop.
  3. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, relish, and paprika.
  4. Add the cooked macaroni and chopped eggs to the bowl.
  5. Gently mix until everything is well combined.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
