- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, broccoli, onion, and garlic.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix well to combine.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and heated through.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute cauliflower for broccoli.
- Add other vegetables like mushrooms or bell peppers.
- For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of paprika or garlic powder.
