Instructions
- Cook gnocchi according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Add mushrooms and cook until softened and lightly browned.

- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir until cheese is melted and sauce thickens.
