Ingredients
- Pasta (250g)
- Peas (1 cup)
- Bacon (4 slices)
- Mayonnaise (1/2 cup)
- Sour Cream (1/4 cup)
- Parmesan cheese (2 tbsp)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Cook bacon until crispy. Crumble and set aside.
- Blanch peas in boiling water for 1 minute. Drain.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, and parmesan cheese.
- Add cooked pasta, peas, and bacon to the dressing.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
