Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 (10 ounce) can Rotel tomatoes and chilies, undrained
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 ounces pasta, cooked
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese


Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet. Drain any grease.
  2. Add onion and cook until softened.
  3. Stir in Rotel tomatoes, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, and pepper.
  4. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Add cooked pasta and cheese. Stir until cheese is melted.
  6. Serve hot.
