Description
A quick and easy creamy pasta dish with ground beef and a spicy kick from Rotel tomatoes.

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 (10 ounce) can Rotel tomatoes and chilies, undrained
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 ounces pasta, cooked
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a skillet. Drain any grease.
- Add onion and cook until softened.
- Stir in Rotel tomatoes, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, and pepper.
- Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add cooked pasta and cheese. Stir until cheese is melted.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- You can substitute ground turkey or chicken.
- Add more Rotel for extra spice.
- Top with sour cream or green onions.
