Ingredients

- 1 pound pasta
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups cooked rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Heat olive oil in a pan. Add onion and cook until softened.
- Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Stir in chicken, heavy cream, and chicken broth.
- Bring to a simmer and cook until sauce thickens.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss.
- Garnish with parsley and serve.

- You can add vegetables like mushrooms or spinach.
- Adjust the amount of cream for desired consistency.
