Ingredients

  • 1 pound Italian sausage, removed from casings
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 5 ounces fresh spinach

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown the sausage in a skillet. Drain any excess grease.
