A quick and easy skillet meal featuring creamy shrimp and gnocchi.
Ingredients

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound gnocchi
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook gnocchi according to package directions.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink.
- Stir in garlic. Cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add cooked gnocchi to the skillet.
- Toss to combine.
- Garnish with parsley.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- You can substitute other pasta if you don’t have gnocchi.
- Add vegetables like spinach or cherry tomatoes.
