- 1 pound cheese tortellini
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 10 ounces fresh spinach
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook tortellini according to package directions.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet.
- Add garlic and shrimp; cook until pink.
- Stir in spinach until wilted.
- Pour in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add cooked tortellini to the sauce.
- Toss to combine and serve.

- You can add red pepper flakes for heat.
