Ingredients

  • Chicken breasts (2)
  • Olive oil (1 tbsp)
  • Onion (1, chopped)
  • Garlic (2 cloves, minced)
  • Canned crushed tomatoes (1 (28 ounce) can)
  • Heavy cream (1/2 cup)
  • Italian seasoning (1 tsp)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet.
  3. Cook chicken until browned.
  4. Remove chicken and sauté onion until softened.
  5. Add garlic and cook briefly.
