Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
- Add olive oil, onion, and garlic to the skillet. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
- Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
