- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup long-grain rice
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 (10 ounce) can condensed cheddar cheese soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the Crockpot.
- Add rice, cream of chicken soup, cheddar cheese soup, chicken broth, and milk.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until chicken is cooked through and rice is tender.
- Shred the chicken with two forks.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Let the cheese melt, then serve.
Notes
- You can substitute brown rice for white rice. Cooking time may vary.
