Description

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup long-grain rice
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (10 ounce) can condensed cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the Crockpot.
  2. Add rice, cream of chicken soup, cheddar cheese soup, chicken broth, and milk.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until chicken is cooked through and rice is tender.
  5. Shred the chicken with two forks.
  6. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Let the cheese melt, then serve.
